Nutritional guidelines
In this article, we describe which foods to eat every day, which foods to eat occasionally, and which foods to avoid, based on state-of-the-art scientific guidelines. We explain the steps to eat more nutritious foods and less unhealthy foods without efforts. We present a methodology to organize meals in a week that minimizes cooking and shopping.
